C. S. Bailey graduated from the University of Utah with a BFA in Fine Arts and has been airbrushing for over thirty years. He specializes in armored fighting vehicles,  modern aircraft, World War II aircraft, and naval ships of all types. He is a member of the American Society of Aviation Artists, and a member of the US Air Force Art Program.
